I'm Jordan - I help small businesses get more done without adding to their headcount
After 7 years building software across education, fintech, blockchain, and manufacturing, I've spent most of my career inside software companies. They tend to be lean, efficient, and great at leveraging technology to do more with less.

It wasn't until the last few years, working directly with SMEs outside of tech, that I realised how different things are everywhere else. I was genuinely shocked. Businesses drowning in manual work that shouldn't exist. Data getting copied between spreadsheets. Quotes taking days when they should take minutes. Teams spending hours on tasks a well-designed system could handle in seconds.
Having built many tools and software products over the years, I'm always looking at ways to optimise processes through technology. My mantra has always been to keep it simple. In saying that, I've noticed most companies are being forced into off the shelf solutions that work against them rather than with them.
Off the shelf tools for messaging, invoicing - run of the mill activities - are fine. But the tools covering your crucial business processes, often where your value is, need something that works for them and not against them. Cobbling together with sheets works for a while but then it doesn't.
With the advancements in AI over the last few years I realised I was in a position to actually tackle this problem. No need for a large bloated team or huge investments to get things going. Instead a handful of tools to accelerate my productivity and deliver end to end solutions.
I firmly believe in the next few years, instead of having teams comfortable in sheets, we need to leverage what we have and have teams comfortable writing software - having the ability to create software that works for them. And that is exactly what I do now.
Technology is great, as is AI, but the goal has always been to free your team up from the repetitive stuff and have them working on the high leverage activities. In a world where anybody can access ChatGPT and other LLMs, the human has become more valuable than ever. The ability to be creative and reason based on experience that can span decades.
Like everyone, we want to integrate AI and do more with what we have. Adding headcount to an already fragmented system is rarely the answer, but it's often the default because it feels familiar. Building something externally that could achieve the same result always feels too risky.
Adding a stable foundation, consolidating data, developing digital workflows and then layering AI - this is where my focus is.
